The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) invite you to attend the fifth annual QualityNet Conference - QualityNet 2005, to be held at the Marriott Hunt Valley Inn in Hunt Valley, Maryland, September 12-16, 2005. Attendance to this conference is limited to employees of the Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs), the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Network Organizations, and invited CMS staff and their guests.

The QualityNet 2005 conference will bring together a community of healthcare professionals dedicated to performing utilization and quality control review of U.S. health care. The conference will consist of over seventy independent companies and their government program, project managers, and support staff. This year's conference will focus on "Quest for Quality", 8th SOW training for the QIO community, continued training on the current ESRD Network Statements of Work, and the systems to support both organizations.
