The ESRD Network Coordinating Center (NCC) provides centralized coordination and support for the Medicare ESRD Network Program.
Renal Support NetworkRenal Support Network (RSN) is a non-profit, patient-run organization that offers informative, patient-directed programs that are geared to bringing health, happiness, and hope to the lives of those affected by chronic kidney disease (CKD). RSN strives to help patients develop coping methods, personal talents, and job skills by educating them (as well as their family members) to effectively control and manage the disease.
RSN's mission is to meet patients' non-medical requirements during any stage of CKD by instructing them on how to become self-reliant through education and advocacy. Lawmakers and policymakers gain the patients' perspectives on their needs and capabilities with respect to CKD. RSN provides resources to help patients take charge of their disease, supplies patient materials and activities, educates patients on life enhancement and illness-related issues, and lends input on how patients can advocate for themselves through legislative partnering.
