Faith Lynch, MSN, RN, CNN - Nurse Manager, NYU Langone Health
Faith Lynch is is the Clinical Nurse Manager for Acute Dialysis at NYU Winthrop Hospital. She has worked in nephrology nursing for 15 years in many different roles, and has experience serving patients with acute kidney injury as well as end stage renal disease. She is the American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA) Acute Care Specialty Practice Network leader, and is also Chapter President for Long island. Ms. Lynch is an RN and has a master's degree in nursing leadership.
During this event, the presenter will:
- Share the nurse's perspective on experiences in an acute dialyis unit during COVID-19.
- Review CDC guidelines implemented for acute dialysis.
- Provide ideas and strategies to prepare dialysis units for future surges.
